My Little Moana Videography Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing My Little Moana for your videography needs. To ensure a seamless experience and high-quality final product, please review the following terms and conditions:

What's Included:

Video Meeting: Face to face 15 minutes video conference prior the event.

1-2 Minute Highlight Video: A professionally edited highlight video capturing the key moments of your event.

Two Free Reviews: We offer up to two free review sessions for minor changes. Any additional reviews or modifications will incur a charge of RM100 per session.

10-12 Day Delivery: The edited highlight video will be sent via a Google Drive link, accessible for seven days.

What's Not Included:

RAW Files: RAW video files are not included in the standard package. If you wish to receive the RAW footage, there is an additional charge of RM499.

Additional Charges:

Extended Coverage: An additional 30 minutes of video coverage can be added for RM100.

Additional Edits: Any changes beyond the included reviews will be charged at RM100 per edit session.

RAW Files: As mentioned, RAW footage is available upon request for RM499.

Requirements Before the Event:

To provide the best possible service, please ensure the following are provided before the event date:

Logos: Any logos you wish to be included in the video.

Names of Speakers: If applicable, please provide the names of speakers to be featured.

Text Requirements: Any specific text you would like to appear at the beginning or end of the video.

Reference Video: To avoid any delays, please provide any reference videos for the videographer before the event.
